For easy ion both ends of DIN 7 pins are chamfered (Beveled) and one end of DIN 6325 pins is chamfered. Length tolerance is ±.25 mm for lengths up to 10 mm ±.50 mm for 12 mm to 50 mm lengths and ±.75 mm for lengths 60 mm and over. 18-8 Stainless Steel – May be slightly magnetic. Rockwell hardness is B85. Not rated for shear strength. |
