| Description |
The hardened steel rollers are captive in a stainless steel cage for easy handling assembly and permanent alignment. The ways are installed face on smooth flat and accurately parallel coplanar or perpendicular surfaces. Lubrication required depends on the application ranging from light grease for low speeds less than 50 inches per minute to continuous oil bath or mist at 1,200 inches per minute. Temperature of bearings must not exceed 100° C. Even for short periods as this will reduce hardness and performance. |
