| Description |
Whether you choose Teflon® PTFE or PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), you’ll find this tubing can withstand a broad range of temperatures. Tubing has a smooth interior for restriction-free flow and good insulating properties. It won’t react to most chemicals and has a low permeability to gases and liquids. Use with water, deionized water, air, food and beverage, and ethylene glycol. Tubing is made from FDA-compliant resins. It can be sterilized with gas. Teflon® PTFE Semi-Clear White Tubing—You can see something is in the line, but the view is limited. The material also meets UL 94V0 for flame retardance. PTFE Choose-a-Color Tubing—This is rated for vacuum to 290 Hg @ 22° C. |
