A nylon locking element on the external threads secures these s, so they won't loosen from vibration. Use them in soft metals. Install in a tapped hole using a wrench with a bolt and locknut. Thread class is 2A external and 2B internal. 18-8 stainless steel s have excellent corrosion resistance and may be mildly magnetic. |
